Investigating https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/57814 @nick.thomas found out that [pages daemon hasn't been restarted](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/57814#note_143236837) during RC deployment. Can we restart one `gitlab-pages` at time in order to fix that problem but avoiding an outage?
