We should have a dashboard showing versions of both omnibus and k8s packages

We have a [GitLab omnibus versions dashboard](https://dashboards.gitlab.net/d/CRNfDC7mk/gitlab-omnibus-versions?orgId=1&refresh=5m) that shows package versions running across the fleet. However, this only tracks omnibus installations (VMs). As a release manager, I'd like to also be able to see versions on our k8s clusters.
