Trigger QA orchestrated pipelines using bridge-jobs

As part of #1490 (closed), QA orchestrated pipelines are triggered using the Qa::Orchestrated class. Just like Smoke and Full QA pipelines, we could also trigger orchestrated using multi-project pipelines. This allows us to dogfood and reduce the logic we maintain in release-tools.
