Context

&1201 (closed) adds an internal release process to the GitLab release strategy to remediate single tenant SaaS instances within the SLAs

After teamDelivery-Releases has implemented documentation for internal releases, we should communicate to our stakeholders about the new release procedure.

This issue is to capture discussion and plans to announce the internal releases

As we usually do for new procedures , we should plan how and where to announce the new feature.

In the past, we've created an announcement issue where we gathered feedback, and shared it on various slack channels, such as #whats-happening-at-gitlab, and #engineering-fyi.

Plan for public announcement

We should discuss about how to communicate this capability publicly to customers because this is a highly requested feature for Dedicated. The ability to remediate Dedicated instances before public disclosure is a unique value. Highlighted in a Grand Review
