[CELLS] auto-deploy job is failing due to helm timeout

Recent auto_deploy jobs for Cells are failing due to helm timeouts

The instances seems to be online and running the correct version of GitLab, I suspect the timeout isn't rolling back, and the deploy completes eventually.

PDM and ansible tasks successive to the help upgrade are not executed.
