Release Environments - Investigate recent QA failures

From the data collected about Release Environments deployments last quarter, we see recently (from July), QA job for RE failed quite often. It affects our confidence about RE and our plan to make it a blocking step in the GitLab pipeline #20118 (closed). We need to find the root cause and mitigate/solve it.
