Analysis: Current patch release process for GitLab in-house instances

As of today, there is no release process available to remediate GitLab in-house instances within the GitLab SLOs, particularly, the planned patch release process is not adept at remediating critical vulnerabilities on internal instances within the 24hrs SLO.
