Notify release managers when the blog post doesn't include security fixes
Patch releases have been combined into including bug and security fixes. Since 16.7, GitLab has released patches with bug and security fixes, but there might be an edge case in which a release doesn't include any security fixes, if that is the case, Delivery and AppSec release managers need to be notified.
- Delivery release managers should adjust the release/task issue and drop the 'Two days before due date' and 'One due date before the due date' sections
- AppSec release managers should be aware of this and should communicate to Marketing that no email should be sent after the blog post is published.
