Changelog should display community contributors name and GitLab handle

Since we switched over to the new changelog we've lost the ability to display community contributor names and GitLab handles in the changelog.

We need to extend the details and make sure that we have a way, ideally automatically, to pull in the name and GitLab handle for community contributions.
