Investigation: Find node logs comparing node startup with nginx pods

As part of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/infrastructure/-/issues/13882

• Find a scaling event that included a new NGINX Ingress Controller Pod that did NOT misbehave
• Find a recent scaling event that included a new NGINX Ingress Controller Pod that DID misbehave

Take this log data and perform a comparison. Look for inconsistencies, clues, hints, etc that may help lead us toward a path of discovery.
