Turn down sidekiq-catchnfs

These nodes are not being utilized at all anymore. They were hanging around for the next sidekiq migration, but work has progressed with NFS on the sidekiq-catchall fleet of servers. Without any further use case, let's shut them down. This will speed up deploymenst, remove a dependency from ~"team::Scalability" regarding their sidekiq work.

Milestones

• Remove nodes from Terraform
• Remove any chef configuration
• Update any documentation/dashboards that may have these nodes listed
