New patch packages are not being automatically deployed to release.gitlab.net

For a patch release (e.g., 13.4.4) we have a note in the template that it will automatically get deployed to release.gitlab.net, however in my last two months as an RM, I don’t think I’ve seen this happen. @jarv confirms he hasn’t seen it either.
