The previous regex runway_version[^\n]*? only matched within the same
line, but the default value is two lines below the input name.

Switch to the same inline-metadata pattern used by .tool-versions:
  # renovate:managed datasource=gitlab-tags depName=... versioning=semver

The regex now extracts datasource, depName, and versioning from the
comment itself, so no hardcoded templates are needed in renovate.json.
