With this setting, Renovate will expand any matching `CODEOWNERS` groups into a
full list of group members and assign them individually instead of the group.
This is particularly useful when combined with `assigneesSampleSize` and
`assigneesFromCodeOwners`, so that only a subset of the Codeowners are assigned
instead of the whole group.

fix(renovate): Enable the `expandCodeOwnersGroups` option.
