Renovate fails to update common-ci-tasks in .gitlab-ci.yml

Renovate fails to update common-ci-tasks in .gitlab-ci.yml sometimes at the time of writing v2.65 is available. Seen in the following pipelines:

• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/observability/tenant-observability/config-manager/-/jobs/9466724255 currently on v2.62
• https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gl-infra/gitlab-dedicated/aws-instance-health-exporter/-/jobs/9463079445 was on v2.44 but has since been manually updated

Both occurrernces of this have been using truncated versions
