Create User Journeys

Background

Currently, our understanding of user workflows varies across teams, leading to inconsistent design decisions and potential gaps in the user experience. A comprehensive set of user journeys will provide shared context and ensure we're designing with complete user workflows in mind rather than isolated features.

Our team will help move this forward by providing 3 User Journeys that match up with Primary Jobs.

Friday, Nov 22: @munthank and @gdoyle meet to get a base of all of the User Journey maps in the Figjams.

Friday, December 12: Share out User Journeys with the team for feedback. Make revisions.

January 16: User journeys are complete, shared with the wider teams.
