Improve table Layout
Description
A (failed) attempt to fix https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gitlab-docs/issues/234 => but that table will require in-page styles.
- Add some margin at the top and bottom
- Displays like inline-table (unnoticeable)
- Remove unnecessary border (unnoticeable)
