Redirect old non-existing versions to the archives page

We need to have some javascript in the 404.html page that checks the URL for old (offline) version numbers as stated in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/gitlab-docs/blob/master/content/_data/versions.yaml and if it finds any, redirect to https://docs.gitlab.com/archives/.
