Redirects do not work

The redirect layout is not applied :/

This page should redirect to the new one https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/workflow/importing/import_projects_from_gitlab_com.html.

I have gone back even to the commit that introduced this redirect rule, but nothing! I can't really tell what's going on.

@connorshea any ideas?
