Links guideline: update to inline links

Currently, we do [link][link] for our docs. I suggest we do as Sid asked for about.giltab.com markup: [link](https://link), updating the current doc style guidelines to inline links.

Why:

• It's much more readable when reading, reviewing, and updating a markdown file
• It's easier to update; a list of links at the end of the document is never checked. When we update docs, we'll most likely locate an outdated inline link instead of a listed one.
