2025-11-6 Current status for R&D Interlock 2.0 is that we are working on understanding how our interlock fits into the greater operating model for the company act 2.0:

1. how to use the work we have done in the past for Q1 and Q2 FY27
2. what is the information cascade in GitLab for the operating model and how our existing epics and issues connect
3. weekly cadence and rhythm of what needs to happen
4. dependencies!!!
