Investing in our Architecture - Reducing complexity to keep up with aggressive growth
Context
Our FY27 Plan (Still pending) will depend on architectural scaling. As an example, what would happen if 1 million agents began creating issues on behalf of their users (permission checks, database writes) or if we were to land dozens of large tech companies (zero downtime upgrades, no database stops, etc)?
There are numerous initiatives in flight, and still more that need to be investigated. This issue will serve as a SSOT for circulating them, considering architecture is far-impacting and long-term.
