Could this also cover features that were moved to a lower tier?

Example:

Container scanning was introduced in 11.1 in ultimate tier (according to What's new since...), but was made available for free tier in 15.0 (see 'history' on the feature doc).

Is it possible to cover these tier switches here as well?
