Fix broken link in homepage
The Find Out Here link is pointing to /contribute thus resulting in a 404 page.
This Merge Request updates the link to point to the same link as the Contribute link in the navigation bar.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
