**Laptop refresh orders have resumed following the Act 2 announcement. The team is working through the backlog of requests and ensuring devices are available.**

We're seeing longer than normal wait times on laptop refresh requests right now, and we want to be upfront about why.
A global RAM shortage is driving up component costs and extending lead times industry-wide. It's affected the bulk laptop orders IT Logistics placed in June. Until that stock is available, refresh requests will take longer than usual.
**What this means:**
* New hire laptop requests remain our top priority. If you're refreshing an existing laptop, expect delays until stock stabilizes.
* We don't have a firm ETA. Pricing and availability are moving targets right now. We're tracking the situation with our vendors.
* You don't need to follow up or submit a duplicate request. Your refresh is in the queue and will be filled when stock is available.
