Once a week, we generate a summary report of our issues and notify key members of the SIG team.
## The process
### Generate a report
At the end of the week, navigate to our [issue tracker project](https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/eta/css/issue-tracker). From there, open a Duo Chat and select the `CSS Summary Report` agent. Have it perform its task (you can just say `Run your task`).
It will review our issues and generate an issue containing the report.
After the issue is created, move to [Review the report](#review-the-report).
### Review the report
Review the contents of the report for any errors or bad summaries. Rectify any issues you find.
After you are done reviewing, move to [Notify others](#notify-others).

After you have generated and reviewed the report, add a command pinging Jeff and Kirsty:
