Team members hired in Italy under the Dirigente classification are employed via Papaya Global via their local partner. All benefits listed below are administered under the Dirigente National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Commercio). Please note that team members hired under this classification should always check with Papaya first for the most up-to-date information, as terms can vary depending on salary level and other factors.

### Italy Dirigente Medical Coverage

There is no separate supplementary health plan offered for Dirigenti - healthcare coverage is provided through the mandatory statutory fund below.

### Annual Welfare Payment

An annual net welfare payment is provided to Dirigenti, added at onboarding and recurring yearly.

### TFR (Severance)

TFR (Trattamento di Fine Rapporto) accrues annually, calculated as gross annual salary ÷ 13.5, revalued each year. It is paid out on termination.

### CFMT

CFMT is the training association for Dirigenti in the trade sector, providing seminars, workshops, and master's programmes for executives.

### Statutory Leave Policies

Below is the information related to Italy's statutory leave policies for Dirigenti. Please note that team members hired under this classification are employed via Papaya Global and their local partner, and you should always check with Papaya first for the most up-to-date information.

- 30 days of annual leave per year. Accrued PTO balance is shown on the payslip.
- 13 national public holidays. Regional holidays may also apply depending on the team member's location.
- ROL / Ex-Festività: for the Dirigente position, permessi/ex-festività are calculated in days. Dirigenti accrue 0.333 days per month, for a total of 4 days per year.

Sickness is fully covered by the employer in accordance with the applicable collective agreement (CCNL Dirigenti). Dirigenti are entitled to job preservation and full salary for 240 days, extendable by a further 180 days in cases of particular pathologies, followed by an additional 6 months of unpaid leave, during which the employee cannot be dismissed.
