### Shared Parental Leave

Team members whose child's date of birth, Estimated Delivery Date (EDD), or Formal Intent to Adopt Date (FIAD) is on or after 1 April 2026 are eligible for **10 weeks** of government-paid SPL, in addition to the existing Maternity and Paternity Leave entitlements above.

- 10 weeks shared between both parents (5 weeks each by default; reallocation available via the LifeSG portal)

- Fully government-paid, capped at SGD 2,500 per week including CPF contributions

- Must be used within 12 months of the child's birth
