Add links to Linux onboarding guide

Summary

This MR adds links to the Linux onboarding guide (https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/security/corporate/end-user-services/onboarding101/linux-onboarding101/) in two pages where Linux is mentioned:

  1. Laptop Management page (https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/security/corporate/end-user-services/laptop-management/): Added link in the "Laptop Specs" section where Linux is first mentioned
  2. Linux Tools and Tips page (https://handbook.gitlab.com/handbook/tools-and-tips/linux/): Updated the existing reference to use more descriptive link text ("Linux onboarding guide" instead of "here")

Changes

  • Used relative links following the Markdown style guide
  • Used meaningful link text instead of generic "here" or "this" as recommended in the style guide
  • Maintained consistency with existing link patterns in the handbook
