This MR updates the Product Marketing Manager job family page with the following changes:

  • Incorporate product marketing org README content into introduction section
  • Update role overviews based on latest job analysis
  • Add Lead Product Marketing Manager role (P5) between Senior and Principal levels
  • Update job grades to use P3/P4/P5/P6 format (matching internal job analysis)
  • Update Principal PMM to extend Lead PMM instead of Senior PMM
  • Refine responsibilities and requirements across all levels
  • Update reporting structure for Principal PMM to Senior Director, Product Marketing
