Removed links to remote job boards and communities

Hi team,

I noticed that in commit 5ab934bec33c2444e58ffe39ef101acc0648fcfd, the file content/handbook/company/culture/all-remote/jobs.md was removed. This file contained links to various remote job boards and communities.

The commit message didn’t provide any explanation for this change, so I wanted to check whether the removal was intentional. Are there any plans to move the content to a different page or repository in the future, or is it being deprecated entirely?
