Infrastructure PI page not refreshing

The Infrastructure PI page is not refreshing. Here's the section of the handbook page that is not refreshing. If you hover over the Tableau link, the hyperlink at the bottom of the webpage says it will redirect to:

However, the Performance Indicators .yml file (the file used to populate metrics on this handbook page) has a different hyperlink. The handbook currently shows the dashboard but it should show the chart instead, as indicated in the .yml file.
