Create Monthly task issue and automation

Based on a bunch of the work we've been doing, wondering if we should have a monthly task list?

We could potentially semi-automate some of it with having appropriate reviewers to merge the changes.

Tasks might include:

  1. Remove stale codeowners (see https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/people-group/peopleops-eng/employment-automation/-/issues/270#note_1933598009 for context)
  2. Fix trailing spaces (see #151 (closed) )
  3. Review/bump dependencies version:
  4. See #274 (moved) for current list

Action items

  1. Create an issue for June with potential tasks and keep adding until the end of the month | #274 (moved)
  2. Create automation to auto-create issue in maintenance project with tasks and assign to triage and technical DRIs | gitlab-com/content-sites/handbook-tools/maintenance-tasks!1 (closed)
  3. Document how to carry out tasks | docsy-gitlab!132 (merged) and docsy-gitlab!136 (merged)
