Fix Link to Handogotchi Tool and promote it Linking on Tine

For me Handogotchi seems to be an essential part of the SIRT team and need some more attention/explanation in the handbook:

• Fix link to the automation as the current link is a 404
• Add a link to Tine where Handogotchi is explained in a video with visual explanation how it is working: https://www.tines.com/library/stories/1208015/manage-shift-turnover-with-handogotchi
