Following the update to Doxy 7 the search script broke due to changes in Docsy 7. This fixes the search functionality by taking the Docsy 7 offline-search script and amending it with updates to allow search by query string and so searches update the query string so they can be shared. Additionally we fixed display issues of the Markdown guide as a result of the update to Docsy 7.
