The new kids on the block

Title: [The new kids on the block] - Better title?

Summary: I imagine an interview-style piece where someone that has been with GitLab a bit longer interviews new GitLabbers (e.g. joined in Q1 2018) with how they have been finding remote work so far, what they like/dislike, what their struggles were, etc. This could be Frontend centric, by interviewing @andr3, @dennistang and me. But it could be more appealing to interview not engineers only. I think an optimal size would be 1-2 interviewers / 2-3 interviewees.
