Xactly CEA: UAT Plan

Purpose

The purpose of this issue is to document the test plan for Xactly CEA. It describes the testing strategy and the testing approach that the team will use to verify that the application meets the established requirements of the business prior to go-live.

Objectives

  • Meet the requirements, specifications and the Business rules agreed.
  • Support the intended business functions and achieve the required standards.

Scope

Systems in scope

  • Xactly CEA module
  • Xactly Incent module

User Acceptance Test (UAT)

Any issues resulting from the testing will be logged, prioritized and resolved by the appropriate party, either Xactly or GitLab. GitLab will then conduct a re-test to confirm issues were resolved.

  • UAT Testing Tracker
  • UAT Sign-off due date: February 2nd.

Test Schedule

  • User Acceptance Test (UAT)
    • GitLab Testing Start: 26th of January.
    • GitLab Testing Completed by: 2nd of February.
    • UAT Stand ups: Daily from 25th to 29th @ 9am EST.
    • UAT Sign-off: 11th of February.
