Purpose of this issue

In this issue, Project Leads will document the future structure of the Group and Projects of the Business Technology.

  • There will be 3 subgroup(s) within the Business Technology Group

Business Technology future Projects

  1. Business Technology Operations project.
    • Readme: This is the project where we will capture department level issues to improve our operations.
  2. BT OKRs project.
    • Readme: In this project we will track the Business Technology OKRs (current and past).
  3. BT Training and Learning project.
    • Readme: This project will include issues related to training and learning new tools within the Business Technology team (for example, Zuora and Netsuite).

NEXT STEPS

  • Move openem project to TBD.
  • Move MAC Laptop Management project to TBD.
  • Change the name of the OKRs project to BT OKRs.
  • Move Change Management project to TBD.
  • Delete the _issues.help project (it's empty).
  • Delete the Business Operations Initiatives project but move all the issues inside to TBD.
