Keeping culture at the forefront while you’re growing your team

I’m giving a lightning talk in October on “Culture Shock.” Keeping culture at the forefront while you’re growing your team. And basically, the point of it is about this idea of culture is an ever-changing object. If you don’t understand that, you’re gonna fail, and you have to understand that as your team grows, channels grow, groups form, subgroups form, culture forms in those ways, and you have to be cognizant that you’re just shaping it to be positive. Because the culture will change, you just have to make sure that you’re guiding it towards a positive change and not negative changes, and what those negative changes may be.
