idea: anchor links

this is not a blog post idea per se, but suggestion how to make blog itself more useful

i wanted to read more about gitlab paste markdown, so quick googling lead me to https://about.gitlab.com/2017/02/22/gitlab-8-17-released/

however, i wanted to make direct link for the section to share with a friend, i had to do view-source to find anchor name:

please add "hover show anchor and click it" feature to blog post headindes so they could easily get linked to
