Test, Build and Deploy iOS Apps with GitLab CI to App Store

It would be interesting if we could write a guide on how to build, test, and deploy with GitLab CI to App Store.

• The bright we're looking for is how do you deploy your app to App Store from GitLab with GitLab CI
• The ideal scenario is, you are an experienced iOS developer and knows how to do it (or you're keen to figure this out, with our help :)
