MacStadium Setup

We're collaborating with MacStadium and need to publish a post about how to setup an iOS development for CI (similar to this blog post) on MacStadium. The post should also give a walkthrough to set up a Runner and attach it to a project.

An important note in the post is that our users will get a dedicated discount code on MacStadium (GITLAB10).

If you want to test out MacStadium I have a code we received from them and can share privately on Slack.
