Intro calls with 20 prioritized acquisition targets
Filter potential acquisition targets and set up intro meetings with 50 most likely prospects. Source targets from our data systems, inbounds as well as Product-directed candidates.
Challenges (3 max)
- Eliran is out on paternity leave, so we only have one lead for most of the quarter.
- Our sourcing and filtering is still new so may have hiccups; wasted time.
- Many companies won't respond, so we need to reach out to 100, hoping to get 50.
