• The leaders at GitLab demonstrate that people are important to the company's success - 100%

Lowest 3 questions

• I have seen positive change since the previous engagement survey - 37%
• Workloads are divided fairly among people where I work - 68%
• I have been provided an opportunity to see and discuss prior engagement survey results - 70%
