Product KR - Q3FY20 - Deliver 3 year Strategies + 1 Year Product Plans at the Section level (100% complete))

We need to write and communicate 3 years strategies plus 1 year product plans at the Section level for Dev, Ops, and CI/CD in Q3. I would like to schedule E-Group reviews on these sometime in August. Please write up your strategies/plans either in an MR in conformance with the Section Plan template. Please keep these to 2-4 pages and use long form prose, rather than bullets.
