Update Category Maturity Framework to Focus on Customer Happiness

Problem

Most category maturity updates are based on specific features being launched into the category. This creates a situation where we (GitLab) may have a definition of a category maturity that doesn't align or resonate with our customers. For example, we could launch big features in a given category moving it into the Loveable maturity, but there's no validation from our customers that they actually love this category of our application.

Proposal

Adjust category maturity to something else, potentially customer happiness and align the movement of a category through the stages of this new framework to actual customer feedback, as measured by CSAT, NPS, or another customer delight metric.

Rationale

This will provide us a mechanism to get more feedback from our customers but more importantly understand if our product categories are actually resonating with customers via the metrics proposed above.
