Update the Handbook to Clarify PM Responsibilities in CAB Presentations

Update from listening in to recent CAB presentation to include.

1. Precord a video
2. Come prepared with 5 questions to facilitate discussion
3. Direct discussion of the Stage vision page (which should include the video, and investment areas for your stage)
4. Investment areas should be about creating value from product usage so think experiences, personas, flows, competitive takeouts, etc
5. Highlight roadmap items that had input from customers
6. Highlight the importance of feedback and dialog in our process
