Highlight product vision items in kickoff

I've made this issue with a specific deliverable in mind (showing the product vision label in the kickoff doc), but this is intended to also invite a broader conversation about how everyone is using the product vision label. For the 11.11 release in the kickoff doc, here's what I've done as a first potential iteration:

For Verify, Package, and Release we're using it to track items that were considered important deliverables that made up important parts of the 2019 vision when we did vision setting. I've been trying on an ongoing basis to ensure we have at least one vision item per release per stage. This has helped to make sure I remain focused on achieving the vision, and don't find myself at the end of the year with a lot left to do.

One challenge I've had is the connection between vision epics and vision issues. Because only issues show up on boards/direction pages/etc., visibility into vision epics is poor. I've mitigated this by making sure that issues in a vision epic also get the vision label, but this can be error prone and feels like it's duplicative. For reference, here is how issues show up on the direction pages:

• Is anyone else using the vision label in this way? How's it going?
• Is it time in general for a refresh of the 2019 vision?
• Has anyone else run into the epic/issue complication? How are you solving it?
