Support Team Communication Plan on Removing MySQL Support in 12.0

With the deprecation of MySQL in 12.1 (see issue #193), support needs to make and follow a communication plan to make this go as smoothly as possible.

Current tasks:

• Share announcement blog post with the support team to help spread it to the internet (social media FTW)

• Could something be added to Usage ping in a closer version?
• Generate a list of useful links to help support users moving from MySQL to PostgresSQL
• Determine the most efficient plan to handle the potential tickets this event will create
• Designate "experts" to handle the tickets?

• Have "go-tos" test the current docs of MySQL => Postgres for accuracy/validity
