Automate Weekly Product Channel Monthly Process Update Post

@jyavorska has done an awesome job keeping the PM team up-to-speed on where we are in the monthly process in Slack. We should consider automating those updates but it will be difficult given how the calendar slides across the week and the updates are valuable because they are on Monday.
